RESPONSABLE CONTROLE DE GESTION H/F

Axplora is seeking an Industrial Control Manager to accompany the launch of a major project at their Mourenx site. The role involves financial management, cost control, and decision-making support. Reporting to the Financial Director, the successful candidate will supervise a management assistant and play a key role in the site's economic performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Control of Management, Business School or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CDMO is a plus
• English level B2 minimum
• Excel skills, with a good knowledge of SAP and BI tools
• Good interpersonal skills, business sense, analytical and synthesis capabilities
