Job Description
The Agency Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of agency billing accounting operations within Novatae's wholesale division. This role requires strong decision-making ability, deep knowledge of insurance accounting operations, and the ability to independently manage complex reconciliations and financial processes with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 5+ Years Insurance Accounting Operations Experience
- High School Diploma
- Strong analytical abilities to reconcile financial data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies effectively
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
