Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be the key liaison between our managing directors and the data reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Requirements Gathering: Proactively collaborate with managing directors and stakeholders across various departments to understand, document, and prioritize their reporting and dashboard needs.
• Translate complex business questions into clear, technical requirements for data extraction and visualization.
• Report and Dashboard Development (BI): Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, interactive dashboards and reports using the Dundas BI platform for Novatae and coordinate efforts with World where appropriate.
• Data Analysis and Querying (SQL): Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various relational databases for reporting purposes.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to investigate business performance, troubleshoot data issues, and validate data integrity.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for data quality improvement.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing reports and dashboards, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation pertaining to data sources, report logic, and dashboard specifications.
• Conduct user training sessions and create guides to promote self-service data consumption across the organization.
