IT Helpdesk Technician

Novate Solutions, Inc. is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting services for industrial production facilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and must have an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components
• Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware
• Establishing good relationships with clients and colleagues
• Managing technical documentation
• Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed
