Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Bresso. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering in an industrial field and strong teamwork skills. The role involves establishing, monitoring, and optimizing the process parameters across the various stages of the painting process, analyzing data, and ensuring the quality of the painted product.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering in an industrial field (Chemical, Materials)
• Strong inclination toward a structured approach
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude
• Knowledge of problem‐solving methodologies (PDCA, 8D, etc.)
• Planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent spoken and written English
