Senior Solutions Lead, Commercial Team

Novellia is a company that provides access to decades of health data in under 30 seconds, 100% free. The Senior Solutions Lead, Commercial Team will lead the end-to-end delivery of real-world data and analytics solutions for life sciences customers.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in client-facing roles in biopharma consulting, real-world data analytics, life sciences strategy, or a closely related field
• Strong scientific foundation with the ability to engage credibly on real-world study design and data quality
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Fluency operating across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building or improving operational processes in a fast-moving environment
• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, public health, or a related field; advanced degree a plus but not required
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven research and evidence generation
