Billing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to support our billing, invoicing, and AR functions, with 3–5 years of accounting or financial operations experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, billing, AP/AR, or financial operations
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply contract terms to billing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving abilities
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively
