Requirements

• Registered Nurse with bachelor's degree in nursing
• Minimum 3 years of experience of progressive leadership experience in an adult clinical setting
• Understanding of state and federal long-term care and assisted living regulations
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Ability to manage the physical requirements of the position
