Tech Lead / Architect (Full Stack Engineer)

We're looking for a Technical Lead / Full Stack Engineer to join Novir, someone who can own our technology end-to-end and take the bull by the horns, hands-on builder. The ideal candidate is a builder's mindset who ships, iterates, and takes ownership, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks, cloud infrastructure, Docker, distributed systems, and backend services.

Requirements

• Own the technical vision and architecture across all Novir platforms
• Act as a player-coach: write production code while guiding and leveling up other engineers and contributors
• Leverage AI/agentic development tools to dramatically improve speed, efficiency, and code quality
• Design and build scalable, secure APIs and systems that integrate with internal tools and third-party platforms
• Partner closely with product, operations, and leadership to prioritize and execute against the roadmap
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clean, pragmatic technical solutions
• Lead development of internal tools including tracking systems, inventory systems, and operational platforms
• Establish best practices across code quality, deployment, CI/CD, and system reliability
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that create leverage and long-term advantages
