Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team, owning key processes like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation (or actively pursuing)
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a tech/start-up environment or coming from a Big 4 public accounting firm
- Strong, hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions
- Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), specifically exposure to revenue recognition (IFRS 15)
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Xero required)
- Experience with Float, and Deel preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
