Technical Lead

As a Tech Lead Software Development, you will drive technical decisions, guide developers, and partner with Product Managers and Designers to deliver meaningful outcomes. Your role is a hybrid of hands-on development and team enablement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• Minor in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong proficiency in modern web development in Python or similar
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end languages and frameworks such as React, Angular and TypeScript (or similar)
• Experience with architectural patterns
• Proven leadership in guiding teams through technical complexity
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage AI-assisted development tools into professional software workflows
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile environments
