
Job description
As a Technical Lead, you'll bridge engineering excellence with delivery and execution, guiding and mentoring a team of developers through complex technical challenges. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
Provide technical mentorship, coaching and feedback to developers, lead technical discussions, promote software development best practices, and create a high-performing team environment. You'll also own the solution architecture, scalability and performance of key services and front-end components, and set and uphold coding standards and quality benchmarks.
You'll be a strong fit for this role if you have 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior, principal or lead capacity, and strong proficiency in C# and.NET Core. You should also have excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to a diverse range of audiences.
