Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Legal Counsel with a broad corporate law background to join our growing legal team and provide high-quality legal advice to enable the organisation to fulfill its purpose of improving people's health and the sustainability of society and the planet.

Requirements

• Master of Laws (LL.M) or cand.merc.jur.
• 3-5 years' relevant professional legal experience
• Broad corporate law background - experience with foundation law, corporate foundations, company law, and governance
• Experience with writing commercial contracts, reviewing, interpreting, and translating legal matters
• Flair for IT tools and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and legal drafting skills in English
• Great abilities to interact and communicate with various stakeholders at all levels
