Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and structured Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator to be part of our Impact, Portfolio & Projects Department, assisting the Director with daily and longer-term activities and contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- proactive and strategic calendar management
- drafting, reviewing and proofreading presentations, memos, correspondence and other leadership materials
- handling invoices and expenses
- organising and maintaining shared digital workspaces
- collaborating with the Portfolio team
