The Director, Rare Disease Health Economics and Outcomes Research, is responsible for developing best-in-class research strategies, policies, and plans that integrate health economics and outcomes research into clinical, medical and market access solutions to help build the economic and quality value proposition across all stages of the lifecycle for NN Rare Disease products in the U.S. This position requires a PhD and/or master's degree in a quantitative health-related field, 10+ years of experience in healthcare, payor, and/or pharmaceutical industry, and strong interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and communication skills.
