The Regional Business Manager - Qingdao - Obesity will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective market expansion, leading a team of sales representatives, and establishing a high-performance and compliant sales team. The role requires developing and implementing regional strategies, maintaining good relationships with dealers and clients, and promoting cross-departmental collaboration. The manager will also be responsible for establishing a cohesive and competitive business team, promoting a positive working environment, and ensuring compliance with the company's rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceuticals, business management, marketing, or related fields
• RDPAC certification as a prerequisite for hiring and job requirements
• Completion and passing of relevant training
• Four years or more of experience in academic and product information promotion in the pharmaceutical industry
• Two years or more of experience in business and personnel management
• Four years or more of experience in excellent internal and external customer management
• Experience in promoting multiple departments and fusion, and having drug-taking experience
