As Regional Medical Advisor, you'll lead scientific dialogue that directly shapes clinical practice and ensures patients access cutting-edge treatments. You'll work independently in the field, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders while translating complex science into meaningful patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Life Sciences
- MD and/or PhD is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a field-based medical role (e.g., MSL, RMA or similar)
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into relevant clinical insights and stakeholder dialogue
- Strong motivation and commitment to working in a field-based position, with a clear affinity for external stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Dutch and English
- High level of scientific curiosity and a proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong collaborative capabilities with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix
