Job Description
Senior Director, Global Market Access, Diabetes Portfolio, Novo Nordisk seeks to shape the future of diabetes care at a global scale. As a Senior Director, you will set the direction for how innovative diabetes treatments reach patients worldwide, leading the Global Market Access Diabetes team and reporting to the Vice President of Global Market Access & Pricing.
Requirements
- 10+ years in market access, with a holistic background and solid understanding of the market access disciplines in the pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of people leadership and a proven strategic leader with ability to influence across complex, global organisations
- Track record of building and leading high performing teams
- Deep understanding of payer, health technology assessment (HTA), pricing and access landscapes globally
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Health Economics, Public Health, Market Access, Business, or similar
