Senior Platform Engineer

This is the opportunity to thrive the intersection of cloud engineering and platform operations in our Container Platform Operations Team at Novo Nordisk. As a Senior Platform / Cloud Engineer, you will be a key technical contributor and driver within our Platform Operations Team, owning and shaping platform capabilities, influencing architectural decisions, and ensuring that every developer and team consuming our platform gets a consistent, reliable, and modern Kubernetes experience.

Requirements

• Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments
• Drive the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible and Crossplane
• Build and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security across hybrid cloud environments
• Collaborate with development teams to support the full DevOps experience from code to production and respond to platform-level incidents and drive root cause analysis and resolution
• Contribute to standardization efforts, ensuring a unified Kubernetes experience
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure strict platform requirements are met and maintained
