Machine Operator

Role Overview

Novolex is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging. The Machine Operator will work in the South Haven, MI facility, loading machines, monitoring operations, and performing quality tests.

What You Will Do

Load machines, remove coils, monitor operations, adjust clutch, verify paper width and thickness, perform quality tests, and report non-conformities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have basic reading, math, and communication skills, 3 years of factory experience preferred, and ability to work 12 hour days and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of factory experience
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
