Machine Operator

Role Overview

This position is responsible for operating bag making machines to produce high quality paper bags, sheets, and/or pan liners. The Machine Operator will follow safety procedures, read and verify order sheets, and perform quality checks on finished products.

What You Will Do

The Machine Operator will produce and pack quality product at target machine speeds, maintain a safe and clean work area, and complete daily paperwork. They will also participate in Preventive Maintenance Activities and maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a high-speed process. They will also have a high school diploma or GED, be eligible to work in the United States, and be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
