Machine Operator

Role Overview

Novolex is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging. The Machine Operator will operate thermoformer and packaging equipment, troubleshoot routine process problems, and maintain adequate supplies for all line equipment.

What You Will Do

Operate thermoformer and packaging equipment, troubleshoot routine process problems, maintain adequate supplies, complete quality checks and production reports, and follow Standard Operating Procedures.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends. Eligible for a monthly bonus based on plant productivity and competitive starting pay rate based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as Machine Operator, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry
• Successfully completed all training for Machine Operator Associate position
• Demonstrated abilities as a team player, good cooperation, and communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, & understand basic English
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
