Process Technician

Role Overview

The Process Technician will provide engineering support for the Conyers manufacturing processes, establishing and directing process improvement initiatives, and providing technical operations support for extrusion and thermoforming manufacturing problems.

What You Will Do

Develop and lead process-improvement initiatives, assist in the management of the capital budget, and provide leadership in the pursuit of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity goals.

Requirements

• Technical experience in process support and working knowledge of foam extrusion and thermoforming
• 5+ years of plant experience in technical and management roles
• Lean methodologies or continuous process improvement
• Autocad proficiency
• Strong analytical skills using standard software packages such as Excel and maintenance work order systems
