
Job description
Join a North America team that helps meat producers unlock the full value of fermentation cultures, from flavor and color development to bioprotection. You’ll work at the intersection of customer needs, field sales, and lab‐based data to solve real production challenges and deliver biosolutions that make a measurable difference.
Run and support new culture trials to validate performance in customer processes, use technical equipment to characterize fermentations and interpret results, participate in customer meetings to understand needs, ask the right technical questions, and recommend solutions.
Must‐haves include a BS degree in meat/food science, biology, microbiology, or a similar field, 3+ years of experience in meat processing/manufacturing, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, SAP, data analytics (JMP).
