Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment
• Electrical Engineering degree and member in good standing with Engineers Nova Scotia
• Experience with high precision PCB design
• Proven track record of success in new and existing product delivery
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective coach and mentor
