Job Description
NOVOS FiBER is seeking a skilled Installation and Repair Field Technician to join their dynamic and rapidly growing team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber-optic networks.
Requirements
- Installation: expertly install, maintain, and repair fiber-optic networks.
- Collaboration: work both independently and collaboratively to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance for residential clients.
- Field Work: operate in the field, serving customer premises and working along fiber routes.
- Installation & Testing: install fiber-optic cables, connectors, and related equipment at customer sites or network nodes.
- System Testing: use specialized equipment to rigorously test installed systems.
- Maintenance & Repair: diagnose and repair faults, perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Documentation: document installations, repairs, and maintenance activities thoroughly.
- Customer Service: interface with customers, explain network issues and provide estimated repair or installation timelines.
- Safety Compliance: adhere to safety regulations and industry standards meticulously.
