We are looking for a Project Leader and Advisor to lead exciting projects, with comprehensive expertise and a fine sense of design and user experience. You will be responsible for project management, coordination, and communication with customers, as well as interface between design, development, and customer.

Requirements

• Corresponding and meaningful education or studies: Informatics training with business economics further training, business economics training with IT experience or comparable background
• Several years of experience in leading IT and digital projects, preferably in the agency sector
• Experience with project documentation, bid processes
• Enjoyment of customer care and advice, and the management of interdisciplinary project teams
• Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative
• Positive mindset with a good sense of humor
• Team ability and joy in working with people
• Habituated to working independently and organizing oneself - reliability is one of your strengths
