Job Description
The Team Lead will perform supervisory duties, assist with management tasks, and maintain a positive work environment. They will also be responsible for customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned
- Assists with other leadership duties
- Fosters a positive work environment
- Greets customers on sales floor
- Assists customers to locate merchandise
- Acts as cashier using POS system
- Completes Daily Sales spreadsheet
- Approves returns and exchanges at the register
- Places new merchandise on display
- Processes and prints price labels
- Maintains inventory of stock
- Conducts cycle counts and physical inventory
- Assists with miscellaneous POS and Catapult tasks
- Maintains backroom organization and safety standards
- Assists in keeping the store’s cleanliness and sanitation
- Complies with safety and GMP requirements
