Job Description
The Production Operator I - 3rd Shift is responsible for operating and performing changeovers on lines/equipment, preparing work areas, conducting quality checks, and following safety and quality protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six (6) months of related experience and/or training
- Certification as a Machine Operator in one (1) to three (3) Packaging and/or Processing areas
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machines
