Job Description
Nox Group is seeking a CHIEF ESTIMATOR to lead and manage a team of estimators, develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, and collaborate with various Enterprise Markets. This role involves securing new projects and contributing to overall company success. The position requires a proactive leader with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-growing industrial construction enterprise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven history of successfully estimating and securing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Sage, Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar).
