Job Description
Nox Group is seeking a Director of Construction to lead complex and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of construction experience, 5+ years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in mission-critical and data center projects.
Requirements
- 15+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Senior PM, or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-project programs (preferably $500M+ total value)
- Strong background in mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of managing partnerships with regulatory bodies
- Extensive industry networking background
- Proficiency with Primavera (P6) scheduling software
- Outward leadership presence
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management / Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relative construction experience
