Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of successful project estimates
• Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Sage Estimating)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
