Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment, with deep expertise in Performance Marketing and Integrated Digital Strategy
- 3+ years of experience leading large, complex Enterprise-level client engagements with full ownership and accountability
- Proven track record of developing and leading complex, integrated marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Content, and other performance channels
- Strong experience driving account growth, including identifying opportunities, expanding scope, and deepening client partnerships
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or developing a cross-functional team of indirect reports
- Highly autonomous, proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
