We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our team and support our growing Paid Media team. The successful candidate will have a passion for digital and apps, and be able to develop and implement comprehensive paid social advertising strategies across various platforms. The role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing app-focused paid social campaigns to maximize client's KPIs such as user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Strong understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques specific to each platform
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using campaign management and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
