Job Description
NPC is growing and weâre looking for a Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our operations and support our long-term success. The role requires someone who can oversee purchasing, warehouse management, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field is preferred
- 7+ years of supply chain, procurement, or materials management experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing pricing, costs, and supplier performance
- Experience leading teams in purchasing, warehouse, or logistics environments
- Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain tools
