ITSM/ITAM Consultant

Join our Service & Tooling Integration team at NRB as a ITSM/ITAM Consultant. Manage, evolve, and support NRB's ITSM platform (BMC Helix). Responsible for deployment, maintenance, and development of ITSM/ITAM Tool for internal use and customers. Interact with every department within the company.

Requirements

• Configuration & troubleshooting of the ITSM/ITAM tool used by NRB (BMC Helix).
• Keep focus on continual improvement.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations, work collaboratively with process and service teams.
• Design and implement workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and manage (Configure, design and implement) the change requests assigned to the team.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Perform special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Maintaining up to date documentation of designs/configurations.
