Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our organization's financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or related field, and at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance. They will partner with senior leaders across multiple functions, build a high-performing team, and develop financial models and scenario analyses to inform business strategy and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 7 – 10+ years' progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Proven experience leading FP&A in a multi-stakeholder, growth-oriented organization
