Job Description
NORCAP is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to serve as the Organization's leading medical authority for the OSCE in Vienna, Austria. The Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring medical and occupational health policies and procedures across the OSCE.
Requirements
- Develop and oversee OSCE-wide medical and occupational health policies and procedures
- Manage medical risk and ensure organizational duty-of-care compliance
- Support staff well-being through medical guidance, assessments, and preventative health measures
- Lead and supervise OSCE medical personnel within the Occupational Safety and Health Unit
- Make authoritative medical decisions affecting staff health status, organizational risk, and emergency response measures
- Collaborate with departments, institutions, field operations, and external medical providers to ensure coordinated health management
