The HR Coordinator will lead the HR and Administration team at the Area Office North-East Ukraine and provide advice in line with NRC standards to support program/project implementation teams.
Requirements
- Implement NRC’s systems and procedures at the area level
- Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, donor requirements, and the national labor law in all processes and procedures
- Support actively in the area office scale up efforts, including through recruitment and onboarding of new staffs
- Prepare and submit reports and analyses
- Ensure proper filing of all supporting documents
- Manage the HR team at the Area level
- Ensure development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures
- Actively promote PSEA standards and principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC
- Advice in personnel conflicts/processes when relevant
- Coordinate with relevant partners, suppliers, authorities, lawyers etc.
- Develop the Area-specific HR SOPs and policies
- Ensure timely implementation of HR activities and dissemination of HR SOPs and policies at the Area office
- Ensure that onboarding, inductions, performance management and exit procedures are implemented for all staff at the Area office
- Advice and support line managers and staff with personnel queries in line with NRC SOPs and HR policies
- Follow up on disciplinary measures/meetings, conflict management and participate in investigations as required
- Ensure accurate and timely data is maintained in all NRC files (online and hard copies)
- Ensure national staff benefits including leave and health insurance are processed and tracked as per NRC procedures
- Ensure recruitments at the Area office are processed and tracked as per NRC procedures
- Provide personnel and recruitment reports as required
- Coordinate with the country office the Country development plan for the staff
- Analyze the work and development plans and provide gaps analysis and training needs
- Support line managers in procedures and provide the required HR training upon request
- Ensure that staff records in all offices in the area are up to date and filed appropriately
- Manage the Area level Admin team
