Job Description
The Human Resources Technical Officer position is established to support the effective implementation of human resources functions at Field Office level in line with NRC policies, procedures, and standards. The role contributes to ensuring that programme and support teams in Mueda field office are supported through efficient recruitments, trainings and adequate support to comply with NRC HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience from working as a HR Officer in a humanitarian context
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent Portuguese language skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of governance and administrative structures in Mozambique
- Good knowledge of Mozambique labor legislation and policies related to NGO work in the country
- Excellent interpersonal skills, working well both in teams and independently
- Able to work under pressure and good at timely decision making
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft package)
