Job Description
The Jordan INGO Forum Director is responsible for facilitating, leading, and quality management of the work of the INGO Forum, ensuring it remains relevant to the needs of its members and is appropriate to the context. The role involves high-level representation of INGO interests, coordination with other stakeholders, and strategic guidance on advocacy and policy engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a protracted crisis or post-conflict setting with an INGO in senior management role (e.g. Country Director or similar levels)
- Proven high profile management and strong advocacy experience in conflict-affected countries in humanitarian context
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong writing and editing skills. Knowledge of Arabic is an added value
