As a compassionate and detail-oriented Associate, Member Contact Center, you will provide prompt and courteous customer service and information to members, colleagues, and unrelated parties regarding NRECA's benefit and pension plans and other NRECA activities. This role is eligible for NRECA’s hybrid schedule which allows flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per/week.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate’s degree in Business preferred
- Telephone experience, preferably in an inbound call center
- Experience answering telephone calls related to insurance/retirement plans, preferred
- Ability to comfortably navigate multiple computer applications throughout the day
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to details
- Effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
