As a Retail Specialist for home appliances, you will work in the field and ensure that TCL's products and brand are visible, sold, and recommended in the best possible way in selected stores. The role combines training, sales support, and relationship building with store staff and local retailers.
Requirements
- Experience from retail, sales, or coaching/training, preferably in white goods or consumer electronics
- Good ability to create and develop relationships on the store floor
- Confident in holding presentations for both small and large groups
- Self-motivated, structured, and proactive
- Results- and goal-oriented, with ability to break down goals into concrete activities
- Driving license class B
- Norwegian and English, spoken and written. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an asset
