• Operate, inspect, and monitor power plant equipment
• Perform field/auxiliary duties and control-room operations
• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational problems
• Maintain accurate CRO/shift logs and respond to dispatcher orders
