Director, Market Research Data Processing

NRG is a leading global insights and strategy firm seeking a Director of Data Processing to drive strategic transformation while maintaining excellence in hands-on data processing delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Processing, Data Tabulation, or Data Science is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field is required
• Deep proficiency with data tabulation software such as SPSS, Unicom Intelligence, Q, or UNCLE is required
• Strong experience with VBA and Python programming is required
• AI literacy and experience integrating AI tools into data processing workflows is strongly preferred
• Leadership and mentoring experience is required
