Requirements
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of acquisition marketing campaigns across digital, print, and emerging channels to drive prospect conversion and customer growth.
- Collaborate with internal clients and creative agencies to develop, guide, and manage on-brand marketing projects.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and agency partners, presenting creative assets for feedback and review.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated consumer and business marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with retail sales teams to support POS materials, in-store signage, retail promotions, and field marketing strategies.
- Identify research opportunities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze campaign trends.
- Translate business strategies into actionable marketing plans that align with customer insights and business objectives.
- Lead the development of customer journey maps and strategic frameworks that uncover pain points, motivations, and opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Ensure campaign timelines, creative assets, and deliverables are managed through project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront), maintaining visibility, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
- Stay current on industry best practices, emerging tools, and evolving customer behaviors to continuously elevate the effectiveness of acquisition marketing efforts.
