Job Description
The Sr SAP Business Analyst will lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO functional activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. They will also support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or IT
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling processes, and SAP integration points
- Experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and integration
- Understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA tables, data flows, and reporting
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
