Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsible for managing accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and vendor payments, and supporting overall accounting operations.

Requirements

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process ACH payments, online payments, and check runs
• Maintain vendor files and ensure records are up to date
• Reconcile company credit card statements
• Assist with month-end close tasks
• Identify and implement improvements to AP and billing workflows
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues
• Maintain accuracy and organization of financial records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Other duties may be assigned
