Job Description
Night Shift CNC Machinist job in Houston, Texas for a Contract To Hire position at New Tech Global.
Requirements
- Setup CNC machine, in all aspects, completely and properly
- Setup and thread any premium thread on all possible product and material type (with little supervision)
- Troubleshoot problems effectively and make program edits (with little supervision)
- Assist leadman/supervisor in training Level 1, 2, and 3 CNC machinists
- Dimensional inspection of parts per required specifications
- Maintain traceability of product during manufacturing
- Meet or exceed all key performance Indicators and the corresponding non-conformance offset measurements
- Report non-conformances to leadman/supervisor
- Follow the requirements of the company’s safety program
- Other duties as assigned
