Job Description
NTG Staffing is seeking a Plant Manager for a company in Crosby, Texas. This role leads day-to-day plant operations, oversees alkoxylation production activities, and ensures that customer requirements are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8–12+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a plant or operations leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with batch chemical processing; alkoxylation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PSM, OSHA, environmental regulations, and chemical safety practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage both people and complex operations
